Fast shipping and the ramp is extremely sturdy. Using treats, we’re training our 10yr old Rottweiler mix to use it and he’s doing so well with it.
The return policy is very poor. Apparently, it's your own fault for ordering in the first place, if your dog is too arthritic to use it. (The ramp won't go low enough for my German shepherd to use it without sliding down on his behind. He's had both ACLs surgically repaired and needs a ramp. You don't know if the Rufus and George ramp will work until you try it, but if you do, and he can't use it, you'll have to pay a fortune to return it. The company actually suggested I try to sell it through an online marketplace instead. Really? That's what they call customer service??

Save your box! The ramp is good quality but unfortunately my dog wouldn't use this ramp because there is a gap at the bottom of it when it is upright that was hard for her to step over. I tried to return it, and was responsible for return shipping, and no longer had the box it came in- and between these two things it did not make financial sense to return it as it cost half as much as the ramp itself. It does say returns are offered however based on the price, I would not order this if you think there is a chance you might need to return it.

Great ramp! Both of my dogs (1 large and 1 small) are able to use it without any problems. It’s very sturdy. I like that it folds down for when we don’t need it. Again, great ramp!

I did get a quick response when I inquired about height options which I appreciated. Ended up ordering it. While a little low for the bed, my 17yo dog prefers it to other options. Of the three options I have set up he is now only using this ramp as he seems less afraid about slipping. Got used to it in a few hours. Beautifully made, very solid, doesn’t shake at all when he’s on it. Also very fast shipping. Thank you for an excellent product that will really help out my old little guy!

Great ramp! We have four small dogs and previously had a ramp that was mirror and much steeper than this one. Also much heavier as it was made of wood. This is much better for one of our dogs who recently recovered from bilateral knee surgery. On the low setting, it's not as steep as our other ramp and it's a lot wider so she feels safer. It's also a very lightweight ramp and can be folded up and stored out of the way if need be. Great purchase!

The ramp is incredibly well built. My dog is 80lbs and the ramp handles his weight without wiggling or sliding at all. It is also wide enough that his body fits well on it without him looking like he is on a balance beam. The ramp folds down quite easily. The fact that it folds and is a reasonable weight to move around does not affect the sturdiness of the ramp in anyway. Great craftsmanship!
