Q: How high do your ramps go?
A: Our standard ramps adjust conveniently to 4 different heights, from 20”, 18” , 16” , 12” down to being flat with a size of 2-1/2 inch high x 36” long. Our large ramps reach 24" and fold flat at 2-1/2 inch high x 42" long.
Q. How quickly can I expect my ramp to ship?
A. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed, from Lancaster County Pa. We offer FREE ground shipping in the USA.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You would be responsible for all shipping, packaging costs.
Q. Are your Walk 'n Poo bags biodegradeable?
Yes they are! Our bags are eco-friendly and lavender scented to lock in some of those unpleasant smells! Printed with one of kind funny dog phrases to make picking up poop laughable, these extra thick bags are large for ease of use at 9" x 13".
